I have always wanted to do a photographic study [of sorts] on croissants, there is something so delicate about them… plus they are amazingly delectable to sunk ones taste buds on too.I made 300 croissants for a breakfast function this morning & decided to take a few home & work some camera magic on them. With them is a shot glass of thickened blackberry Coolie [made by me] & some vanilla bean chantilly cream [also made by me]
…and yes it was delicious!

I have had enough of these to last me a life time... Paris... cruelty... made to... eat... every... day... *feels sick thinking about it*.
I didn't enjoy them after two days. But the chocolate chip shortbread from the bakery up the street made it all better.
Regardless they are tastey... when your not having them every day... I like to fill them with lemon curd... personally.
I like this photo though... makes them seem innocent and suculant. (spelling error?) When really they are a killer for the thighs and are oh so cruel with their enticing smell...
