So I've decided to headcanon that she's Naanda and so the second mom of Nala.
Sarafina gave birth to Nala and Mheetu. Naanda herself has already had a son from her ex- husband. Her husband was a good lion they just figured out it would be better for them to go back to friends,as they took a serious decision too quickly ,while being too young. Also her son doesn't mind having a stepmom. He likes to believe he has 3 parents)
