Ok, I want to begin saying your photo is captivating

I like how you used the color of his hair, combined with the background for making the pic more impressive, giving it a really cold sensation to the image. The photo is very well taken, it seems you have experience framing the elements in the image.
However, You'd could take more advantage of the eyes and the pose, I think they look a bit improvised, and could have look better.
But I must confess I love the photo, specially because the model looks so relaxed and the expresion doesn't look forced.
