Luci gets mistaken by Mei Chang as Edward Elric

I found it funny that Ed's descriptor is just; "Red jacket, long blond hair (and short)"
Luci's adoptive mom is a seamstress and while Luci's best color (according to her) is blue, she would wear something made by family. She's materialistic like that. She likes having their gifts on her person as much as possible.
Anyway I'm bending her design a bit to fit Ed's descriptor better. Yes during Ed's little stint as a fugitive, she got mistaken as him (she's pretty tall but they interrogated her anyway just to be sure) her quick get out of jail card is the fact that she's a girl. Getting held by the military is a trouble and a bit of a terrifying experience so she and Enea decided to switch jackets.
