My best friend Shawn has some great ideas. One of them was a samurai penguin.Admittedly, my version of the concept is completely inferior to his, but his was relegated to a post-it in his office. I'm not sure if he still has the original drawing, but at least there's evidence that it was done.
In any case, this was completely done in Photoshop using my craptacular tablet... I really need to get my hands on an Intuos.

I don't know if your concept is inferior, but your grasp of soft lighting and color is a strangle-hold. Screw the Intuos, this is quite nice on its own.
