hmm ok i would suggest you apply a layer of vinyl cloth over the cardboard and glue it down, find those PVC vinyls with a leather texture to give it a better appearance. then spray on the black. also try to add more details like weathering and what is actually found on the armour, i am quite sure akantor's armour is not just plain black right?

yes you're right akantor isn't just black i have it that color because a lack of time xDDD paint is always the last thing to do but i wanted to take it to the con even incomplete, thats why its not fully painted well actually its not even 50% painted xD and im kinda destroying incerrct parts to make them more accurate , im not shure where to get the leather pvc im from mexico and dont know where to buy it or at least its mexican name xD "cuero de pvc" and tnx a lot for the critics .

i think you can get general PVC from normal textile shops? but it would be best to wrap your armour in PVC =3

what a fast answer xD. then pvc leather could be the imitation of leather? and wrapping armor in pvc its done with a hot air gun and dont have one
