Actually finished this drawing quite some time ago but never posted it because I wasn't done with the dialogue and honestly I still dont have a decent one but I cant keep this for myself any longer otherwise I'll never be able to ACTUALLY start this story.

Rainbow Dash's day had started very roughly, she had barely slept and ended up feeling very sick in the morning but she had to train with the other Wonderbolts for a big show they were going to do in Cantherlot in a couple weeks. It really wasn't the time to call in sick.
Soarin was out of town for an interview and she felt really lonely being at home alone, she was not used to it anymore, she felt sad, especially now that she was feeling so nauseous.

R: crap it's 9am already... Ugh, Spitfire is going to kill me.

She rushes out of the house but for some weird reason she struggles to fly as fast as she usually does and it takes her a lot longer than usual to arrive at the academy. By the time she arrives its 10:30 am and the team had already done two hours of intense training.

S: Hey Dashie! Finally you're here, I-
R: OhmygoshSpitfireIamsosorryforbeinglate,Iwasn'tfeelingwellthismorningaaahI'msorryI'lldodoublethetrainingand-
S: Dash slow down it's okay!
R: You... are not mad?
S: Pff hun I already knew you were sick
R: .... How??
S: Girl, you never miss training, heck you even train on resting days, unless you are super sick or busy saving Equestria. I figured you weren't busy with that 'cause Pinkie Pie stopped by to drop off some cupcakes for the students graduation party early this morning and she was chill.
R: I'm sorry I don't know what's gotten into me... it's probably just food poisoning so don't worry I- I can do it.
S: Dash, no. I can see you are not feling well. It's very obvious and that worries me a lot. Go home and rest okay? We're almost done here anyway, I have to leave a little early since Sassy is waiting for me to watch the kids while she deals with the boutique grand reopening.
R: But the show is close I need to pract-
S: Absolutely not. You already know all the moves, you really don't need to stay and push your body more than necessary. I don't want you to get hurt.
R: Nghhhh but...
S: No buts. Go home. Maybe step by the nurse office first, just to make sure it's just food poisoning. I wanna make sure you'll be okay.
R: Is it... really necessary?
S: Yes. Now go. That's an order from your commander.
