So for those who've read through the, Au info thing you might have noticed I mentioned some pony named Mereda, well I finally got a first design for him. And before, I get into details about him, can anyone guess what this guy, Chance, Meta, and Soon Delta all have in common, its not obviousish but its there......

And on another note, this is going to be the start of this months contest. which is going to be design the evils of Postilion....

Bio: The first Alicorn to arrive in Postilion, Mereda, found the three tribes, (Pegasie, Unicorns and Earth Ponies) fighting among themselves. He saw weakness among them and decided that he would conquer them and place himself in charge.

He summoned his army, composed completely of Armored alicorns, and destroyed the leaders of the tribes, subjugating them, and forming an Authoritarian Monarchy, with himself in power, after a century of his leader ship he faked his death, at the hooves of a group, known as They Who Watch.

After faking his own death he set up a puppet government that became known as The Great Council, that was composed of a leader of the Unicorns, Pegasie, and the Earth Ponies. This was when the Unicorns Began their, life long hatred of the other two races. Since then, Mereda, has not been seen since then.

---When he does appear he's cloaked in a long black cloak the obscures every thing about himself.

-- Mereda, upon arrival to Postilion, was considered a great leader by every pony, but as time moved on, the pressures of leader ship, became to much for him and it began to warp and corrupt him, driving him insane.

---His cutie mark is a set of clock hands with the hour hand at the six hour mark, and the minute hand at the 55 minute mark, and the second hand pointing to the 2 point. And is white and black.

-- He considers himself a great magic user, but his magic consists primarily of mind altering control spells and illusions that he uses to control the populace, but being a dimension hopper (as I'm dubbing them for now.) he uses a superior knowledge of possibilities to twist others word to his own will.

-Like Meta, Delta,and Chance, Mereda is not bound to one dimension and is capable of bounding between them. This allowed him to create his army of alicorns, which he tore away from all the dimensions he crossed. Since he crossed numerous dimensions he's lost his original home, which helped lead him to his eventual psychotic snap.
