HOOO BOY! This was something. I had the idea for a pride drawing where every OCs flag was an ice cream back in January. And I've been looking forward to drawing it ever since. So that was a test of my patience, and so was the actual piece. I shaded the skin, hair and desserts, but nothing else because I didn't want to spend any more time on this, cause in case you didn't notice, there's a lot of characters here. And a lot of them are blond... If I realized that while sketching, I might have swapped out some of the characters for a bit more variety, but oh well. Honestly, I just really like painting blond hair. Also why the hell did I decide to draw so many hands in this??? I used like 4 billion references. I wish some of the flags were a bit more noticeable and took up more of the drawing, and some of the characters are a bit off, but other than that, I like this one.

So uhh, left to right:

Gay slushie - originally, I was going to give him a stacked ice cream cone, but I would have needed six scoops of ice cream for the flag and honestly it looked ridiculous. Also, don't draw holding hands at this angle. Just don't.

Pansexual banana split (pan-ana split, anyone?) - ok, so in canon, this character would never be at an ice cream parlor because he's very allergic to peanuts, but whatever. Maybe they're nut-free or something. Anyway, I went with a split because I thought the three scoops of ice cream and the banana would work well with the pan flag.

Asexual ice cream sandwich (ace-cream sandwich? Ok, I'm done) - Don't draw hands like this either. I know the sandwich is way too big, but I needed the space for the flag. Also, maybe it doesn't come across well, but I was going for a confused, "what the hell are you doing?" expression.

Bi-curious cone tower - I couldn't imagine this character with a dessert, so I went for something stupid, like trying to stack ice cream cones. Same reasoning as last year for including him: being uncertain/questioning/not having a label for yourself yet is completely fine too.

Bisexual popsicle - not going to lie, that popsicle looks delicious. Whatever flavor it is, I want to try it. Also, the character is supposed to be really tall, but I couldn't figure out how that works while everyone is sitting.

Transgender/heterosexual smoothie - I wanted to include both parts of her identity, so the smoothie has trans colors, but the straw and napkin are black and white.

Demisexual frozen yogurt - before drawing this, I actually didn't know this character's sexuality other than not being hetero. But I think his face is really cute here.

Lesbian soft serve cone - last year's drawing included her too, and I felt like I got to redeem myself a bit, because her face was kinda messed up last time. Also no she isn't offering her ice cream to him, the pose is just weird.

Asexual/aromantic milkshake - I wasn't sure which flag(s) I wanted to use for this one until the end, cause I had a few options. But I'm glad I went with this one because I already used the ace flag earlier, and these colors look absolutely delicious together. I want to eat this one too, like really badly. I also put the green aro flag on the straw to include it. I've posted this character before, but never dressed like this so that's a bit new.
