So, this idea crossed my mind. XDDD Sorry for it being so messy! :iconmingpapplz: like omg i was tired today 
But YES, yes
These are an open species! Just tell me that you wanna make one, and make away <3 No limit on how many you can make! 
I probably won't make any adoptables anytime soon //sobs, but you can make some free ones! :'D 

These are kinda random--they're really just mutated doges with pufferfish features. XDDDD They have shortish snouts, small feet, chek fluff, and...inflatable parts. ;c; They can inflate like blowfish by will, or when they're startled. They suck in the surrounding (air/water), but it doesn't work so well with air. easily punctured ahahah                POP 

Some traits now! |D 
Ears and eyes can be ANY shape/color! 
Tails get rarer the longer they get! 
They behave like fish in water/dogs on land! 
Amphibious!
Young are hatched from fish-style eggs!

so, on the pink parts are scales and the rest has short fur?
And I don´t understand the part with the spikes (sorry, I´m no native speaker): on the puffy parts are always spikes? Because on the pictures just one has spikes...

Well, the spikes can appear anywhere--and they can puff up too!
And they don't always have spikes XDD Sometimes it's smooth <3
