I created this as an entery the Pinup contest at Renderosity , and thought I'd share it incase anyone is interested. It's a fairly simple setup using an HDRI for the environment and two simple props that were rescaled and different added. The HDRI and base lighting came from the Fast Production Lights for Iray by Valzheimer, and I added 3 spotlights for additional rim lighting.

It took me about 10 hours to create the character and complete the render. I used Chameleon ROse for Genesis 8 Female from Rnderosity as the base for my version of Rose with a lot of additional morphs and tweaked the shaders.
