Honestly after Ryu's addition I don't think Joe's chances are that great. Nothing's wrong with the Chorus Kids though, and Rhythm Heaven character would be great!

There are tons of clones. Joe wouldn't be all that "different".
Also, it would be very awkward controlling 3 characters at once... or at least in a 2D fighting game.
