I'm guessing the morab stallion you're referring to is Sereyabi de Espana. My initial reaction is that those two look well matched for each other.
Its hard to say for certain, not being able to stand and judge the horses in person, and since most of your shots are amazing action shots rather than boring old conformation shots its hard for me to sit back and look at things like are the hocks straight, does either horse camp under or pigeon toe etc etc etc.
But as I said before, both horses seem to show a good line through the neck and down a good strong short back, the stud looks a bit thick through the crest, but thats a common trait in stallions, so I wouldn't worry about that being an issue. If what your breeding for is just a good solid saddle horse, and judging from you're other pictures I'm guessing gymkhana and gaming are your main prospects, then this seems to me like a good match. I'm sure you have already weighed factors like temperament, soundness history, and trainabilty.
That being said since the mare is chestnut, chances are the foal will be too, but you could get lucky and get dad's color. Remember, a foal tends to pick up 60% of mom's traits, especially size, and 40% of dad's, and a good sire tends to throw babies with traits from his own maternal grand sire.

Her and Janati are pretty similar, I was looking at that the other night. And she's still up at a boarding ranch, so I don't know yet how these two are going to get along.

Age is nothing, mind is everything. I once rode a horse that was 29 years old and he was as frisky as any youngster.
