A friend and I recently made our own RWBY team because we're RWBY trash and V.4 is coming out right now. Fight me.
Also - as I continue working towards a future as some sort of professional art, these gave me some good practice on character sheets; especially with more technical drawings like the weapons.

This is Nyx Silium - a trainee air-ship captain from Mistral who, due to some more destructive shenanigans and some filial impiety - ended up attended Shade in Vacuo as a member of team SNLT (Sunlight). His weapon is twin revolvers which can extend and lock together to form a double barrel shotgun. A leaf blade can extend along the top of the barrels which can also double as a small shield. His semblance allows him to fade to near invisibility while skulking in shadows - he's not much use in direct sunlight.
Get it? It's ironic.

His name is Latin for Night Sky and references both his tie to airships and his color palette, Lilac and Dark Purple.
