It's close to American blue I believe ^^  Rats are amazing animals to keep as pets. If only they live longer than they do now.

aaaa i knew it i love blue ratties ^^ youre so lucky to have one ♥ and yeahhh actually they did have a longer life but there pet rats came from laboratory rats that were used for experiments so there are still bad genes from the past that stays in them after someone decided to keep first rat as a pet...because, you never see a wild rat having tumors or any visible genetic diseases because they dont have ancestors coming from laboratories, heh
