Description
One of my first from-scratch (not traced) vector art sketches. Patterned after the Everfree Forest scenes in Episode 17 - Stare Master.I'm making these in preparation for an in-progress fanfic-comic.
No attribution required.

What program do you use for making them? Photoshop or GIMP?

Inkscape. Fairly simple, free vector program. The plants are pretty much all simple curves.
This picture ([link] ), however, took a while (not perfect, but more difficult)

Simple curves here meaning:
1) draw straight lines w/ bezier curves tool until you close a shape (or right-click to stop)
2) click and drag the line segments into approximately what you want
3) select individual points to grab curve handles and adjust

I see. Making vectors in photoshop can be pretty thorny.
Maybe I download that program and give it a try...
