The hips are quite sleek, and his shoulders are, in relativity to his body, rather broad. His "hair" is very long, but it was long before.

Actually, I think the main reason is the face. And the fact that while his body might not be completely feminine, it has got that whole elegance aspect, which together with the face strengthens the feminine aspect.
