EYYYYY HE’S FINISHED. TAGUEL!OZ DRAWN+COLOURED IN (ATTEMPTED) FE!13 PORTRAIT STYLE. This was a lot of fun to experiment with! I’ve never shaded in this way before, as you can probably tell. It was fun anyway~ Hopefully I’ll get better at this in the future!

BTW the reason he's a mage instead of just the base Taguel class is because 1: The mage/dark mage/sage/sorcerer/etc classes are based mainly on intelligence. Oz's intelligence is often emphasized throughout the series, especially through Break and Barma. and 2: Because it would work well in this world. If Taguel were almost extinct due to human hunting like in FE13, he'd probably stay as a different class for safety reasons.

(He's normally be wearing a hat like I did in the other Mage Oz drawing, but would eventually fight without it once he was enlisted in...well, whatever Elliot's army is called, because Elliot probably wouldn't put up with it. "BE PROUD OD YOUR HERITAGE" or something like that. Aggressively affectionate, that's our Elliot~)

Speaking of which, Ada is not a Taguel, but she is a mage like Oz. (Only she's a Dark Mage rather than a regular one) They're half siblings. I decided this because...well, Ada has nothing to do with rabbits in canon...
Alternatively, if you'd prefer they were full siblings, they could both be half taguel. Then Ada would be like a Morgan!Taguel where she looks completely human but can transform, while Oz just happened to inherit more taguel characteristics.

I was doing something totally different but suddenly I saw this super cool new FE13 theme and i JUST- I WAS SUDDENLY REALLY INSPIRED AND DROPPED EVERYTHING TO DRAW MORE PH/FE!!! (WILL BE COLOURED)
I tried to make it look more like the Awakening/If art style. You know the…character portraits that you see when you read supports/etc! I’m not used to the smaller eyes BUT IT LOOKS MUCH BETTER
I WANNA MAKE MORE OF THESE!! I’M SO HAPPY I MISSED DRAWING THE PH CHARACTERS SO MUCH!!! (I drew Taguel!Oz once before around this time last year, actually! Here’s the link! )

Oz is from Pandora Hearts, while the species+classes are from the Fire Emblem series. (Specifically Fire Emblem Awakening)
