Here's some concept art for Charok Guardsmen.

The idea behind them is that when the Dark Lord Charosak took over, he employed a number of his Orc Soldiers as a private militia in order to protect his newly conquered subjects. The Guardsmen were extremely effective, and posed a legitimate threat to normal criminals as well as resistance fighters, even more effective than the Alliance Military when they were in charge. However, all positives of having them were forgotten when the Alliance was able to successfully defeat the Charok Empire and the Guard was disbanded. The Guard was reformed after Greenskin was able to free the Foul races from enslavement by the Alliance, and turn Charok into a land independent from their authority. This new iteration was created to defend Charok's borders and citizens from outsiders, including the Alliance as well as anyone else with negative intentions toward the new Charok Empire.
