Looks good! The modeling looks great.
I notice some light on the front left area that I cannot figure out what source it could be coming from.. Then the road texture could really use some work. The only other thing I could think of is that it seems the ambient light for the 3d elements is a bit brighter than the ambient light in the background photo. Everything else is prime.
