I placed!! Got 5th.
I'm grateful that I placed, and I put 10+ hours of work into this if you consider the time going from concept sketch to the point it's at now, where it remaps cleanly for both halves.First couple portrait evaaaar, and I was dumb and did it the hard way.

You should've won - I can say that even without having seen any other entries. (Actually, that's a lie. A number of them have popped into my devwatch and I've been surprised that they didn't do so well but yours is still waaaaaay better!)
Couple ports are killer and this is amazing - Dare I ask what the hard way is?
The characters really blend seamlessly, excellent work!

Thank you so much for your support...I was REALLY sore about this for a little bit, but now I'm better. There were so many amazing entries that didn't even place!! I wish I could see all of them.
The hard way = splitting them up right after base-coloring. xD; I ended up doing a lot of going back and forth, copying and pasting to get the shading the same on both...It sucked.
