Gave power level readings, based upon official materials (movie and merchandise cards), to all relevant characters from the past section in "Dragon Ball Super: Broly".Broly's given power levels are his max at given ages; Paragus' power level as an old man is higher as he's no longer shocked/amazed of the Frieza Force discovering him on Vampa after being stranded there for more than 40 years and with his body healed from the injuries he sustained upon meeting Cheelai and Lemo.

I think the animation staff had to demonstrate how he looked at the time when Cold was in throne, and ignored the dialogue from later on in the script.
