Hello, this is my OC, "C", that I've recently redesigned.
As the title indicates she is an ESPer, meaning she has psychic powers (quite a few of them, in fact).
Pictured next to her is a psychic blade and a bit of a signature weapon for her. She can shape the weapon however she wants, but that's her preferred form.
