Happy new year!!
Fanart is a little odd for me to post as the first thing of the year, but I’ve been having the worst art block and burnout from my last job. LOONA has been one of the things that’s really been keeping my interest and giving me so many things to look forward to.
So…I can’t believe I’m coming out as an Orbit but LOL here I am!!
I started these little stylized portraits of the girls a month and a half ago I think? And it’s been a slow process through my block… but I’ve been screaming nonstop since the XX teaser, so I powered through it!
I tried my best to capture their feelings without going into realism, and I tried to portray more of their official “personas” and solo MV vibes, rather than the fun and colorful kids they actually are in the LOONATV episodes lmao.
My biases are Olivia Hye and Vivi, but I love them all! Who are your biases, and did I do them justice? Let me know in the comments! ( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ

Not a huge kpop group fan (I prefer solo artists like Dean) but they look cool. What do their shadows represent?

The shadows are references to each member's solo debut music video!
Loona was an interesting project where they debuted each girl one at a time with their own single and then mini album, so the fans could get to know them all as individuals before the full group finally debuted together

Honestly I know I stan so hard for babywolf Olivia but seeing them all together in your style is such a delight. Vivi has my WHOLE heart, Go Won is my PRINCESS and Yeojin is MY BABY.
