Description
The Electrostatic Phantom, as Ray Stantz called, Benedict Wright is known as The New York Electrocutioner , who killed 42 people in the subway station by causing a third rail to electrocute the passengers, and was later caught by the police, and sentenced to death via electrocution. Eventually Benedict Wright returns as an electric specter, with a love for draining electricity from everything.Episode 1: Watt a Shocker!
