Beautiful area. Β I hope I'm wrong, but it almost sounds as if the aboriginal residents of Gozo have personal vendettas against birds -- that's foul for the fowl. Β

Well the current residents too come to that, although trapping is now illegal and hunting restricted.
Ta Cenc is now a restricted area and the shearwaters can nest in peace, albeit they might have to dodge the occasional hunter in a boat
