A little fan art from the recent episode of Futurama's new season "Neutopia"In it, a giant rock creature inverts the genders of all the crew members after they endure through an episode's worth of battle-of-the-sexes. It's quite clear that the men enjoy being women much than the women liked being men, and that's pretty much the tone of this image with Fry having fun with her new female body, while male Leela just roles his eye at her silliness.
I think Fry especially would enjoy life as a woman; he would just fall perfectly into the role of the ditzy bimbo. He said it himself, "Now when I say something stupid, guys just laugh and buy me stuff."

I agree with your analasys of Fry, however I think that he was the only one that actually got improved by the transformation. Fry was the only one of the men turned women that were actually hot
