I'm sorry. I tried to not spoil myself until the actual game comes out, but then I realized that I'm not going to be getting a 3DS any time soon so
Also, I am so happy that my classes are (mostly) out of the way for the moment 8DDDD
It stinks that I don't have my previous laptop here though. The one I'm using has a messed up monitor and has...Ubuntu installed for whatever reason .__. ...And I don't know how to get rid of it! Bah. Because Ubuntu can't seem to comprehend what pressure sensitivity is on a tablet, my style might change with each upload, mostly because I'm trying to figure out the easiest way to handle this and whatnot. Just so you know.
I wonder if either of these guys even live in the desert.
Mawiles lived in caves in R/S/E, but you could also find them in deserts in PMD Explorers of Sky...

I'm hoping they'll be related, but then again, Tauros and Bouffalant weren't related, and they were the same type with a very similar appearance.

Yeah..gen 5 made me very skeptical to believe any pokemon there will be related to the previous gens (unless it's GLARINGLY OBVIOUS, but then again, Alomomola was just that and somehow it still didn't make the cut).
But Helioptile doesn't even share the same typing as Mawile, so I'm pretty reluctant to say that they are related, haha..

um. I go on serebii.net. personally I like the layout of bulbapedia more but serebii is where I go to see new information asap. bulba is where I go to sit down and start doing techy breeding stuffs or cool trivia.

well. I suppose technically it doesn't say it's 'not' an evo. but going from electric to steel is kinda pushing it... even for fairy gen over there >.>... however. if they turn Mawile into a fairy-steel type or give something that kinda connects them other then strong looks I will say otherwise. seen white and black screwed with my head already about that :/ Tauros->Bouffalant, Luvdisc->Alomomola and I'm sure a few others could have been shoved in that list...a bit forcefully but you get the idea. so I gotta be careful about what I give my hopes up to with pokemon and their evolution ;A; however.....
if it evolves from it omg that would be amazing! if it doesnt.... this means I can put two different pokemon on my team that I love

I thought you meant that it wasn't a pre-evo to any pokemon period, not just Mawile. Yeah, I'm pretty sure Helioptile wouldn't evolve into Mawile just by typing alone as, lol |D
