I suffer from this as well, but only for certain periods of time. Gorgeous painting. What medications have you tried, if you don't mind my asking?
I am currently on Celexa and Xanax.

I have been on xanax for 32 years... But mostly, I just slowly outgrew it. Lucky me!

I am happy to hear that you are still able to go out!! There was a time, about 20 years ago, when I was totally house bound. It was a dark time in my life. I would get frightened if I looked out the window!!
I am so grateful that I am well now. That period of my life seems like a nightmare!
Thankyou!!

Anyone who says they dont care what people think is lying to themselves. We all have taken our turn at worrying about that!

It's interesting because the entire scene plays out 'indoors' and still fails to give any idea of the outside world. The obvious are used: Creatures of flight in a cage (which can get cliche), and what seems like centuries old dress as though you (or the figure) are a part of a play.
Your painting style is very whimsical and soft - as though you could put out a handful of similar works with ease.
