Yeh. People are such prudes. Even Andy Robinson acknowledged that Garak has the hots for Bashir. It's so obvious and adorable.
There are some fics on LiveJournal and lots on Fanfiction.net but they took a lot of them down since the whole new rating crap on there. They removed one of my stories without warning even though it was under the correct rating.

In the first episode Garak and Bashir meet A. Robionson still played that angle for all it was worth, and it was totally hilarious!
But then Paramount raised a finger and said no-no, so there you go... :/

one of the writers did too, Wolfe, right on a forum (i haven't got the link with me but it shouldn't be too hard to find). what makes it even better is that he was behind a lot of episodes with those two, including the wire!
and did you ever hear about how the feb 2011 (or was it 2010?) special romance issue of the official star trek mag also had a section dedicated to these two guys?

man, hearing about all that rating stuff going on there makes me think that the folks running fanfiction.net must be delusional about what fandom's about (ao3 at least seems to embrace all sects of fandom, bless them).
