Picture of E-123 Omega. Hand drawn then textured on Paint. I tried to emulate Uekawa's style to make it look authentic.
I admit I could have done better with the blast textures, especially the smoke.

Omega is my favorite character from the games and comics but there is something I need 2 know does omega really have a heart of sweet and kindness and does he care anyone who he loves and becomes good to them like little kids who will like him as his best friend.

Hard to say. Mainly just emulate what you see. I used the spray can tool to get the texturing, though for Photoshop using a softened brush tool works better. I think a large element of the Uekawa art is high contrast and colors.
