At a glance, Keita when alone can be generally described as quiet and serious, his facial expression giving off a "don't talk to me" or "I won't talk to you unless you speak to me first." kind of look (though at times this can be the case) However, RBF aside, Keita is a very sociable fellow. He loves to socialize and once he gets to warm up to someone and is around a good crowd. You'll come to find that this man is always smiling and showing a cheerful and friendly disposition. However, he's been jaded so underneath all of that positive disposition, there is a very unpleasant and ugly side to Keita when crossed. Tries his best not to show it, but if pushed to his limits you'll know - (cause he'll be hella petty/rude bully-chan af.)

History:

The son of a former miko and a high-born scholar, Keita was born and raised in what used to be known as Sky Village. He lived a very pleasant and peaceful childhood, growing up within a shrine that was looked after by his uncle and relatives; from his maternal side of the family that stemmed a long line of devoted clergymen and women. From a young age, Keita took an interest in becoming a priest, following in the footsteps of many of his mothers' relatives; in taking care of and serving the shrines. As time passed, Keita now studying and being an acolyte within the shrine attempting to be admitted as an entry level priest/chokkai. He would help out and assist the clergy in many of their pilgrimages. One lead them all the way to Fire field, during this trip is when Keita had a fateful encounter with an Eevee that went by the name Miyavi. Keita approached them at first admiring their beauty under the impression that they were a pretty young lady, but to his surprise; they were not. Miyavi at that moment was taking on the role and was dressed in female geisha attire. Leaving Keita at the time without words. However, once they broke the ice the two young men were quick to grow fond of one another, not taking much for the two to become good friends. Having Keita even make time in between his duties to come and pay a visit to Miyavi in Fire field and make himself right at home with him and his newly acquired acquaintances that he's met in F.F. whom he formed many great and happy memories with. This perfect pattern didn't last for long though, when the sun empire was hit by the kami trio, Keita at the time was far away from home and in Fire field. Trapped and unable to leave to his home village he sought refuge with Miyavi and his family. Unfortunately, as the two attempted to get to safety and seek shelter within the once famous geisha house that his friend called home caught fire.

Panting for air, they watched as the once famous Geisha House was slowly burning down. From within, Keita and Miyavi could hear the shrieking cries of the other geishas and maikos, suffering as their once beautiful skin and hair crisped and burned away. Along with their cries, Miyavi started to weep for them, thick tears blurring his vision as he saw nothing but an orange blur of the growing flames. Keita knew that Miyavi wasn't crying over the pain of his burned limbs, he could clearly hear the sorrow in the fragile eevee's sobs. He held onto Miyavi's hand, securing it strong and firm, but gentle enough to not bruise his skin, for he feared that Miyavi would run back into the burning building in a futile attempt to help his sisters. All was too late though, for the only sound left was the low snapping of flames.

Keita stayed behind aiding and helping villagers at the time to health in any way he could, along with tending to his friend who wasn't as lucky to escape unscathed from the events. It's been years since the event and since then life has had its ups and downs, experiencing so much in just those few years. Now 22, Keita has watched the Sun Empire change and grow so quickly. He's only made a few trips back to what is now Gale Spring since. Keita stayed in Scorched mountain for a few years leaving his interest in continuing his duties as a priest behind and acquiring the curiosity of learning medicine and healing, self-studying efficiently but not having many resources and wanting to acquire more knowledge and skill, he contemplated on whether to return to Gale Springs. Ultimately deciding not to waste time he relocated back to the region that he once called home.
