I have to ask, in your interpretation of dicephalus conjoined twins, who controls what? Do they control only their respective halves? Shared control of the whole body?

You see the two of us together, always, inseparable. They joke about
some people being so close, itβs like theyβre βjoined at the hipβ. Well,
we are literally joined, at more than the hip. Conjoined, from the
base of our necks to the base of our spines, so closely and so
perfectly, with one head, arm and leg, and (almost) exactly half a
torso each, in such a way that we can never be separated, so
seamlessly merged that we really do look like a girl with two heads.
But what about...those private matters? When two individuals share
one body, every minute and every second of every day, what does that mean
for certain...bodily functions that one normally keeps to oneself? We
know people wonder. Sometimes they even get brave enough to ask. But
we never tell. Have never told. Until I write this now.
Yes, we do have sexual feelings. And when one gets aroused, the other
one does, too. We can be sitting demurely, legs crossed, and one of us will
move ...

I must admit I haven't thought about that yet. From an artists point of view I tried to make their body shape look as belivable as possible. On the other other hand it is most logical that each girl controls her half of the body.

I agree. If I had to choose my all-time favourite movie, it would be that one. It's quite brilliant! In fact, I don't know whay I haven't ever done any pictures in that environment... I'm pretty sure replicants could take quite a bit of physical damage and still function!
I enjoyed the sequel very much too... a very worthy follow-up, and I though the direction, aesthetic and performances were all excellent.
