I recently watched Durarara and Celty was instantly my favourite character of the whole animé (Shizuo is also great ). I didn't dare to make any references to Durarara because my render is missing Celty's iconic cat ear helmet :3

she is inspired by Celty from the animé Durarara - a female dullahan who literally lost her head and got to Japan to search for it.
