"Don't just imagine, look up!"
Imagination of becoming is rather insufficient in human nature, we had lived in reality too much. However no real method to draw art with imagine, it will ended up just a dream only.

:c My eyes still keep going to your FAYCE BCUZ YUR SEXYYYYY. β₯ Lissi.
But seriously. I like this, although my eyes do keep traveling to your face instead of the dragon for Megan's reasons and also the fact your face is coloured very roughly compared to the dragon which seems much more polished.
More lines = More attraction.

The lack of blend is probably cause I spent more time on the dragon and when I got to myself, I was like... fuck.. Can I stop now? LOL I think I used a bigger brush on my face. When I get time, I'll go back and fix.

Most viewers, I think, will look at the human face first, not the dragon one. Not only is it human, but it's very light colored against a dark background, making it the de facto focal point. I didn't notice many abnormalities in the dragon's face originally. The shading is still very patchy on the human face, if you can smooth it out, I think it will make the pic a lot better. I like the shine that you did around the dragon, makes it more mystical or imaginary.

Maybe I look at the dragon one more cause I can't stand humans xD
But you bring up a very good point. The brightness does bring it out.
