Thank you. It took me forever, because it was a piece for someone and of someone I love so dearly, I wanted the hair perfect, and I just couldn't. It's usually my style to change hair, or to do it the way I want as is with fantasy art, but... you know, portraits are different. So I kept putting it off, all year long. Finally I did it, and I was so glad I did.

Oh really? I had to look this name up actually, I didn't want to name her her real name. But the name is beautiful. She is one of the three godesses of Grace in Greek Mythology. Or she is their mother...I couldn't quite figure that out. I just liked the name best. LOL

How'd I do what sweetie? It's pencil and eraser...and a bit of finger (I know, shouldn't use your finger to shade with but...pffft...), and ummm...stubs for shading and smoothing. I use a grid to start with on the picture and on the paper (VERY EXTREMELY LIGHT grid) and get the basic outline drawn, then I erase the entire grid, and use the color picture (or b&w if that's all I have) and just start filling in. If I can enlarge it on my computer screen I'll look off that too, because it's always lighter on screen than it is on the actual pictures. That's about the size of it. I hope that helps. If you need more help, just let me know, you know I'd tell you whatever I could.
