I love X-23, and while the lines and shady are really appealing, the proportions are off enough that it looks quite uncanny.

Proportionally her hands look a little too big/masculine, that or you could enlarge her head by about 10%-15%

I'd agree... but her femininity was never compromised because of her origins as a clone of Logan. In every comic book reiteration she has had your average "ideal" proportions of a 16 year old girl (or older)
