uh... It sucks greatly. But I worked too long to not post it up.This is Toshiro, my new character on my site
And based off of Toshiro Hitsugaya from Bleach..
I can't do hair, so I just made it more wolfish style rather it to really look like him.
And the blue stuff is suppose to be ice xD If anyone couldn't tell, cause they look like flower petals to me
