Here are details about the girl:

Civilian Name - Houki
Superhero Name - Rubber Girl
Age - 16-25
Occupation - University student or Worker.

Abilities - can instantly change her clothes back and forth from her civilian clothes to superhero clothes. Houki has rubber/elastic powers which allow her to stretch her body very far or expand them to cover stuff. Houki also has the ability to swallow large objects and contain them in her belly but the large the object the bigger the belly and the bigger she gets sometimes. Houki though has 2 special bellies in her body which she can choose where to send people she swallows.

One belly allows houki to digest her prey but also allow her to gain characteristics of them. An example would be if she swallowed a Neko girl she would gain maybe cat ears and tails.

The other belly allows Houki to safely keep people, animals or objects in her belly to transport or hide. She won't digest them and while houki move around the others can be safe inside her belly till they are let out. Also her belly would be big once swallowed but she would make her belly disappear as to make it easier for her to move around.
