I've just received the Paris Agreement, all 31 pages, and by the looks of it, it has little teeth. We now have to wait until April 22nd '16, to see who will sign the agreement at the next meeting. I won't be holding my breath.

I read that the changes will be implimented from 2020 but is not legally binding so any country breaking its agreement will have no come back ? It's being celebrated as the biggest success yet ?
