...We had some nice late afternoon sunshine.In the foreground right, is a Magnolia. Behind & centre is a Silver Birch, and beyond, the Bishop's Barn.

Lovely light! We are gettting yet another snowstorm.. it's coming down pretty heavily right now.. and more during the week.. I guess mother nature is making up for all the mild weather we had up until 2 weeks ago..

We've had severe gales & loads of rain for the past couple of weeks. January was the warmest, wettest on record, and it looks like February will be the same. Still no frost, temp around 48f today.

That's the problem; by the time your cold weather has crossed the Atlantic to reach us, it's all warmed up & full of moisture, and what falls from warm moist clouds...
