Description
After spending a couple of hours walking through the woodland in the shade, on Walton Hill, Beith & I came out onto the grassland in full sun. Wild flowers & grasses in profusion bending in the breeze and the buzz of insects & the cry of a Buzzard met us, I just felt like lying down and seriously touching base, so I did. I haven't done this for a long time. It was muchly needed.

I let myself sink into the Earth, my hat over my face shielding it from the sun. A good three quarters of an hour later I came back, recharged & refreshed. The camera was still sitting on my chest, so I switched it on and took the shot, for the record of where I came back to. The one thing the photograph cannot show you, is the scent that met me when I returned.
