Thank you M'lady He sat there singing away while I was sitting down taking some pics of a narcissi, in flower would you believe. Standing up, he didn't fly away, so I thanked him & took this pic.

My favorite bird A fond memory of my mother as a newly wed. My dad was working in the orchard, she was bringing him his lunch and heard him complain to someone that he couldn't get any work done because of them. When she reached the orchard gate she saw my dad surrounded by robins, they sat on his head, his shoulders, his hands and the spade he was working with. A special memory and a beloved bird in my family
