A Tudor Re-enactment Group at the Bishop's Palace, May 2009.The Lord & Lady carry Spring Wreaths, the minstrel leads them into the garden, drawing in the people visiting the Palace, where they danced & laid the wreaths on the soil, and crowned the Spring Queen. The group were there for the day.
Cropped out a black 4x4, that was left frame.

Yes, beautiful. I studied the cathedrals in History of Art when I did Fine art and although I'm not mad about cathedrals as such, their architecture and its evolution are interesting. I was appalled as a child when churches began to be built with modern designs. All the romance and charm vanished. This has happened to domestic architecture too. Shoeboxes with "open plan" removing all characteristics. Minimalism
