i love this, gelphie is my fave but this is so good because it can be viewed as gelphie or friendships. the emotion is aptivating and the art is so good. i really like it. Adn the song you chose is one of my favorites too, Wonderwall by Oasis.

glinda's head is a little big, but pretty well perportioned appart from that. The subtle shading is excellent. Your art is beautiful, i'd love it if you'd take a look at mine and critique! (oh, and I love the pairing, and how many moments gregory maguire left open in the book

Yay, Elphaba is so pretty but looks so much like how she's described in the book! I have a feeling that's a really difficult combination to achieve (I'm still working on my own version, oi), but you've done it so elegantly. I really do love this piece. I'll probably always be a sucker for b&w's, since it's my natural medium too.
You've got a fantastic style. And just the fact that Wicked is too awesome for coherent words.
