I decided to re-work on my E-105 ζ Zeta rebuilt sprites to make it look like it's game appearance. took me some time but I finally finished.

E-105 zeta was the sixth of the E-100 series. Being younger than E-100 alpha, E-101 beta, E-102 gamma, E-103 delta and E-104 Epsilon. but older than E-123 Omega.

I gave it an idea of mine, where it fly off by shooting fire off it's exhaust pipes to function like a jet pack, so that it won't be stationary.

Trivia.

01. in the original version (dream cast), zeta’s cylinders moved up and down. but in the dx version, they don't. this is actually an animation error and they were originally meant to move up and down.
02. E-105 Zeta is one of a few not to have a booster, the others being e-1000 and (the could be) e-120 phi.
03. In both sonic x and the archie comic, zeta’s role of finding froggy was given to E-101 beta, probably because they didn’t had time to show gamma and beta bonding so they replaced zeta for time sake. Because of this, zeta was always his rebuilt design.
04. Zeta was the second e-100 series to be rebuilt. First being e-101 beta.
05. Zeta was meant to be red, but was changed to purple to not confuse the player.
06. Coincidentally, zeta was gamma’s fifth boss, just like how zeta has the number 5.
07. Zeta was one of a few to speak. Only in the video game version.
08. The frog zeta captured in the game was pink with blue lines on its belly.
