Sculpture of Berry Punch, placed in a martini glass, which I then poured clear resin (that I added red dye to) over to make it look like she is soaking in wine or some sort of berry cocktail. It's something I've been wanting to try for a while now. I was probably inspired by a few drawings I've seen of ponies in cups by other members of the fandom.She came out all right, but I tried a different style than I usually do for her face, not sure if I like it or not. Also I used a matte sealer on her, but she came out shiny for some reason. I did not really want her this shiny.
I welcome your comments on this, I was thinking of doing the mane six as different cocktails, what do you think?

Hah, that's great! You should totally do the Mane Six as well, yes; there's a number of pony-inspired cocktail recipes here www.equestriadaily.com/2011/03… , and I'm sure you could use those as inspiration.

I really like it, and it makes me think that what's needed next is a novelty martini glass with Berry Punch affixed to the inside like this, but otherwise still empty for a real drink to be added to. (I realize it can be difficult to do this sort of thing and keep it food-safe, but man that'd be sweet....)

Would be cool. I could probably do it if I made a mold and cast them in food-safe plastic, but I'm not sure what link of paint I'd be able to use.

Her shiny look actually works out not too bad. Gives her a "wet" look. After all she is soaking in a glass of "alcohol". The Mane Six cocktail ponies sounds like a pretty decent idea. All in all the one you did here turned pretty well.

Hm, maybe you could apply a different matte sealer on Berry? Awfully weird she came out shiny.

That's terrific, especially her whole affect as she relaxes as if it was a heavenly bath. Her expression is priceless and the pose shows pure contentment. The punch came out looking really good too, perhaps good enough to drink if not for the occupant. ("Bartender, there's a pony in my drink!" "Okay, you're cut off.")
The idea of "Mane Six Mix" sounds pretty good to me. Actually, I'd be surprised if people haven't already created drinks based on most of the ponies.
