One of the many doodles that I did today. This is actually a re-imagining of a character of mine, Mikoto Shifu, first seen as this:

As I stared at the image, I steadily grew more and more disappointed at her overall look, and my obvious lack in anatomy knowledge back then. Even now, my knowledge concerning anatomy is rather minimal, but at least now I'm trying to learn more instead of hiding behind perspective so much. Gotta go and get a book of it, now that I'm thinking about it. o.o

Anywho, this was ORIGINALLY just a doodle to practice posing with the female body; got quite a few of the male body in my sketchbook as well. But, as I continued to draw, it sorta morphed into Mikoto, and then out of nowhere, it became more of a revision of the old art piece. Still, it's only a little more than a doodle, so it's pretty much flawed and some lines are a little light here, but I suppose I like it enough to attempt coloring it.
