South of Liyue Harbor in the seas between Inazuma and Sumeru there's a chance you may stumble upon a rather notorious pirate crew: the Stawhats. The crew is led by Captain Monkey D. Luffy. You needn't worry though, they're more likely to drag you into an adventure than steal your treasure. Their captain is optimistic and eager to make a new friend. Don't let his easygoing nature fool you though. Luffy is one of the strongest combatants on the seas. Stories are told of his glorious exploits and fierce battles against other pirates. His firey punch is equal to a certain Fontanian Champion Deulist's gun. No matter the odds Luffy and his Stawhats always prevail. If you catch him sitting at the bow while all is calm he may tell you about his dreams. Luffy searches the seas for the One Piece, the treasure left behind by Gol D. Rodger. Finding the treasure would make him the next King of the Pirates, the freest man alive.

It's time to introduce my new long-term project! I'm doing redesigns of One Piece characters as Genshin Impact characters. I'll be doing all the Straw hats and then perhaps some other characters I like. Let's be honest I have to do Ace and Law. I adore them. Each character will be given a Genshin character model, a weapon, and an element. I have very long, detailed explanations of why I've picked each element for each character. After I pick those parts I'll be doing some designing. I want the characters to look like they belong in Genshin Impact but are still clearly the Straw Hat crew. Then I'll draw splash art for the characters like this!
