Description Effie Trinket! Woop!
This cosplay was kind of made on a whim. ~Samietheturtle and ~aWacko were cosplaying Katniss and Peeta and I just had to join them (because I am a stalker) I was going for Gale, but some things came in the way and then I just had to make Effie. She is so hilarious and I had fun creating the outfit, despite it being so simple... and not visible on this picture


I''m not thrilled about the costume, but it was just for fun and it was hilarious to walk around in... if you could call it walking XD

It was shamefully done I just made it so I could be around my Katniss and Peeta!
